He was predeceased by: his father Gary A Waite. He is survived by: his mother Lona Offret Waite; his sisters, Jodi Lopez (Angel), Cari Stott (Bob) and Loni Waite; and his children, Wyatt Gary Waite, Jaxson Craig Waite and Zoey Kay Waite. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
