He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Whittecar and Augusta Kretz; and his sisters, Minnie Anson, Anna May Whittecar, Janice Redendaugh and Lena May Whittecar.
He is survived by: his siblings, Steven Whittecar of Casper, Wyoming, Mary Morin of Granger, Wyoming and Vicki Fowler of Casper, Wyoming. He is also survived by several cousins; nieces and nephews.
