He is survived by : his former spouse Andrea Jablonski; his sister Nancy Burge (Tom); his sons, Rick Combs (Riza) and Mark Combs (Christa) Robin Ball (Steve) Tim Ringle (Lea); his grandchildren, Andrew Ringle, Elizabeth Teplitsky (Combs) Jimmy Combs, Michael Combs, Mark Combs, Christopher Combs, Steven Ball, Crystal Ball and Tambra Shultz Jonathon Rhondeau ; his nieces, Bethany Bosbous (Joe) and Rebecca Burge; his great-nieces, Brittany Foust and Bree Digby; his great-nephew Aiden Digby; and and also Sebastian Catchings. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Masonic Children's Hospital.
