He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Blythe and Jack Blythe of Oklahoma City. He is survived by: his siblings, Becca and Andy; his sons, Patrick and Robert; his children-in-law, Jean and Katy; and his grandchildren, Eli and Elizabeth.
