He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bush and Violet Bush (Kidney); and his brothers, Gordon, Kenneth, Russell and Stan Bush.
He is survived by: his significant other Mary A. Monthey; and his daughters, Sandra Bush (Clarence Arnold) of Cheyenne, WY, Deanna Sherby (Keith Vandermeir) of Wheaton, IL and Deborah Kroeger (Denny) of Eldridge, IA. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
