She was predeceased by: her parent Avon Kay; and her daughter-in-law Cori Moore. She is survived by: her friend Maxine; her children, Karin Galloway (Mark), Kirk LeBar and Frank Moore; her siblings, Bonnie Olson (David) and Hank York; her grandchildren, Jacob Galloway, Zachary Galloway, Sophia LeBar, Mason LeBar, Richard Moore (Rachelle) and Brooklyn Maxwell (Bob); and her great grandchildren, Bristol, Reece, Parker, Cooper, Colter, McKinleigh, Haisley, Natalie and Daxton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
