He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Weatherington and Stella Weatherington; his sons, Ken and James Weatherington Jr.; and his siblings, Timothy Weatherington and Mary Ekmond.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Hicks (Jeff) of Buffalo; his daughter-in-law Debra Weatherington; his grandchildren, James Jones, Shawn, Kaitlin Farley, Greg and Jason Weatherington; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Fletcher, Luke and Rose.
Donations in Jim's memory may be made to VFW Post 2469 in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 in Buffalo.
