He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Thompson of Buffalo; his daughter Tonia Gardner (Dr) of Memphis; his siblings, Preston Thompson of Bend, Diana Reilly of Dallas and Jeanine Allen of Santa Fe; his grandchildren, Anna Gardner of Memphis, Alex Gardner of Memphis and Olivia Gardner of Memphis; and also Jay Gardner of Memphis.
