He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Long and Eloise Long (Whitehair); and his brother-in-law Dr. Richard Allen Pettit. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Long (Moats); his sister Debbie Sue Pettit (Long); his nephew Ian Patrick Pettit of Glen Dale, WV; his brother Rod Todd Long; his parents-in-law, Clarence Dawson and Pearl Louise Moats (Walters) of Smithfield, PA; his brother Clarence E; and his sister-in-law Melinda Moats of Fairmont, WV. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
