He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Joseph "Joey" DeBrular and Natalie DeBrular; his grandchild Landyn Taylor of Weston; and his sisters, Barbara Reed of Ellenboro, WV and Brenda Randolph (Jeff) of Parkersburg, WV.
