It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann L. James of Weston, West Virginia, born in Warrenton, Virginia, who passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tuttle C. Palmer and Josie Sloper Palmer; her husband Raymond W. James, Sr.; and her grandson David G. Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Raymond W. James, Jr. (Martha) of Fairmont and Deborah R. Bailey of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Sam Bailey, Mary Bailey and John Bailey; and her great grandchildren, David Bailey, Brayden Bailey, Jaycie Bailey and Kinsley Johnson of Virginia.
