He is survived by: his wife Donna Newton Brown; his daughters, Nadine Brown of Follansbee, WV and Cathy Cipriani (Bill) of Wellsburg, WV; and his grandsons, Rob Henderson (Brandi), Jason Stewart and Spencer.
