He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Rogers of Ventura, CA; his sister-in-law Sandy Holladay of Follansbee, WV; his friends, Carol and Pam; and his pets, B. J. and LuLu. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; close neighbors.
