He is survived by: his parents, Matt Fadse and Rachel Fadse (Kimball); his grandparents, Larry Kimball (Renada) of Colliers, WV, Melissa Fisher (James) of Follansbee, WV and Jimmy Fadse (Robin) of Colliers, WV; his great-grandparent Ted Williams (Judy) of Wellsburg, WV; his uncles, Tony Martin (Linnie), Matthew Kimball and Paul Kimball; and his aunt Hayley Fadse.
