He is survived by: his children, Stacie Linn Bennett (James) of Wellsburg, Nancy Butera (Chuck) of Follansbee, Dale Jr. Whear (Tina) of Boardman and Duane Whear (Renee) of Wellsberg; his grandchildren, James Bennett Jr. (Rowanna Miller), Jessica Bennett (Luke Bowman), Hagin Bennett (Madison Moore), Kyleigh Wise (Preston), Shyann Parr (Bryce Rowing), Kyle Butera, Regan Butera, Shalynn Whear (Luke Eaton), Londen Whear, Corey Adkins, Nick Adkins, Christian Adkins, Parker Whear, Ryder Whear and Walker Whear; and his great grandchildren, Renesmay Bennett, Harper Bowman, Wetzel Wise and Montana Eaton. He is also survived by many nieces and Nephews.
