She is survived by: her parents, Fred Raymond Renko and Patricia Ann Fanning Renko of Welch; her son Josiah "JoJo" Reginald Hairston of Welch; her sister Holly Tanner (David) of Mocksville, NC; her aunts, Vergie Hammond of Welch and Mary Fanning of Morgantown; her uncle Tracy Renko (Annette) of Salisbury, NC; her nephews, David "DJ" and Jakob Tanner of Mocksville, NC; her cousins, Mason and Kyle Fanning of Morgantown; her niece Tori Tanner of Mocksville, NC; and her cousins, Helen Fanning of Morgantown, Robbi, David Hammond (Shannon) of Welch, Raychelle Orell (Greer) of Lexington, NC, Jonathan "Pal" Burchett of Welch, Thomas "TJ" and Alex Yates of Salisbury, NC..
