She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Melda Justice Ratliff; her sisters, Patricia Ann Mullins, Millie Jean Ratliff and Those; her son Brian Ratliff (Kiona); her fiancé Harold Fred Mullins; her nieces and nephews, Kaelyn, Rayanna, Ian and Emalee Ratliff; and her siblings, Sandra Coleman, Jerry Ratliff (Melinda), Keith Ratliff (Geri), Dana Ratliff (Tina) and Jason Ratliff.
