Friends may call Wednesday, July 29, 2020 from 11 A. M. to 12 Noon at the Fanning Funeral Home Chapel in Welch WV. Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
