He was predeceased by: his mother Tina Ashworth; his stepfather Tim Gross; and his grandfathers, Roy Ashworth and Jim Hayes. He is survived by: his father Joseph Hayes; his son Jeremiah Ashworth; his grandmothers, Janice Ashworth and Irene Hayes; and his siblings, Roy Ashworth (Allison), Dustin Ashworth of Berwind, Angie Gross, Crystal Gross and Elizabeth Gross. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending, social distancing is to be practiced, and no more than 25 people may be in the gathering.
