He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Jenkins and Nellie Hill Jenkins; his son James Delano Jenkins; his brother John E. Jenkins; and his sister-in-law Victoria Jean Jenkins.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Allen; his wife Dorothy Beatty of Weirton; his daughters, Kimbra Hooper (Wade) of Gadsden, AL, Jo Ann O'Toole (Joe) of Waynesboro, PA. and Jennifer Hess (Allen) of Weirton; his grandchildren, JD, Julia, Joshua, Justin, Kain and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Jalyn, Bella, Dalton, Cooper, Callen and Maxine; and his grandson-in-law Logan Reckner.
