He is survived by: his friend Marvin; his wife Barbara Wagoner Strope; his daughter Shauna Riccardo (Peter); his granddaughter Charlee Strope of Weirton; and his brothers, Roy Strope (Carol) of Canonsburg, PA. and Larry Strope (Karen) of South Carolina.
