John Umberto Fazi DDS Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Umberto Fazi DDS of Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Fazi and Maria Santarelli Fazi; and his sisters, Lois LaMantia (Joseph) and Edna Battista (Tony). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ferliga of Weirton; his close friend Sylvia; his children, Dr. Burt Fazi (Pam) of Pittsburgh and Dr. Lisa Fazi of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Dr. Alyssa Fazi, Dr. Julian Fazi and Christopher Hoffman; and his sister-in-law Catherine Lanza.
