She was predeceased by: her parents, Copher Horn and Rosena Van Horn (Lutz); her husband Robert Lee Hawkins; and her brothers, Donald and Roger Van Horn.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Hawkins (Linda) of New Cumberland and Crystal Hawkins of Weirton; and her grandchildren, Kyle Hawkins (Sara) and Kaitlyn Herron (Ryan).
