He is survived by: his father James Donaldson Sr.; his wife Carlena Donaldson (McQuillian) of Weirton, WV; his stepmother Judie Donaldson of Brilliant, OH; his children, Rachel Trushel (Aaron) of Freeport, OH and Rikki Keller (Shawn Williston) of Amsterdam, OH; his stepdaughters, Danielle Black of Weirton, WV, Jenna Black of Weirton, WV and Katie Black of Weirton, WV; his grandchildren, Selena, Aeriana, Zane Trushell, Douglas, Brock Williston, Konner, Avery Northcraft and Lucas Black; his siblings, James Andrew "Andy" Donaldson Jr. (Karen), Rebecca Hopkins and Jennifer Donaldson; and his stepsisters, Stacey, Ashley and Katie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
