It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Cowger (Webster Springs, West Virginia), who passed away on March 5, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mabel Cool, Lana Bleigh, Lenora Carpenter, Opal Shuttlersworth, Charles Cool and Bobby Cool; her siblings-in-law, Areta Cool, Wilda Cowger, Helen Cowger, Noah Bleigh, Arnel Carpenter, Howard Shuttlersworth, Clinton Cowger, Junior Cowger, Aunna Cowger, Lee Moats and Ronnie Miles; her son-in-law Andy McCourt; her parent-in-law Bertie Cowger; and also Commador Cowger.
She is survived by: her husband Doy D.
