She is survived by: her children, Vickie Sabola of Ohio, David Simmons (Sandra) of Webster Springs, Roger Simmons of Webster Springs, Jeffrey Simmons (Donna) of Webster Springs and Gary Simmons of Webster Springs; and her siblings, Howard Young (Ruth), Arlene Hines, Cellene Harden (Phillip), Terry Jack (Linda), Linda Cowger (Aaron) and Karen Cutlip. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren.
