He is survived by: his wife Irene Tackett; his son William Phillips Jr. (Melinda) of Valley Bend; his granddaughter Sara (Eric Gladwell) of Huttonsville; his sister Carolyn Harman (Delmar Lee) of Valley Bend; and his friends, Kay Keese and Joe Kisner.
