It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad Steven Miller of Upper Tract, West Virginia, born in Petersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Stanley, Evelyn Hedrick, John and Beulah Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Johnny "Steve" Miller and Darlene Hedrick Miller of Upper Tract.
