He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Newhouse and Nellie Newhouse of Elkview; and his wife Brenda Newhouse. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Hovatter (Nathan) of Rising Sun, Maryland; and his siblings, Charles Newhouse Jr. of Elkview, Edna Sigmon of Charleston and Karen Fulks of Howard, OH.. He is also survived by three granddaughters and one grandson.
