He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Warwick and Elvira Kessel Warwick; his wife Oneda Mae Warwick; and his brothers, Howard, John, Bill and Fred.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Jean Warwick and Michael Allen Warwick (Sandra); his friend Joyce French; his close friend Bill Bare; his sister-in-law Jean Warwick of Baltimore, MD; his stepgrandchildren, Brad Elkins (Christi) of Katy, TX and Kristen Elkins of South Charleston; his stepgreat-grandson Mark Andrew Elkins; his cousin Helen Warwick Berry (Ted); and his niece Benita Murphy (Don).
