He was predeceased by: his parent Dale Raines. He is survived by: his parent Patricia Davis Raines of Charleston; his children, Stephanie Raines and Daniel Dale Raines; his brother Larry Raines (Kerri) of Charleston; his friend Dave Cadle; and also Kacey of Charleston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
