She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Leon and Myrtle Icee Sloan Clendenin; and her sister Donna Marie Allison. She is survived by: her children, Debra K. Brotsky (Leon) of Scott Depot and Steven Lee Wager of Cross Lanes; her grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Jared and Sarah Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Addalyn, Noah and Isaac; her brother Dennis Clendenin (Cindy) of Charleston; her brother-in-law Ralph Allison (Mary); and also Zachary Brotsky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
