He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Mallory and Fleeta Kinder Mallory; his former wife Nina Mallory; his daughter-in-law Sarah Mallory; and his brother Franklin Mallory.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his sons, Don Mallory (Patty) of Columbus, OH, Chuck Mallory (Lisa) of Scott Depot, David Mallory of Belle and Doug Mallory of Garnet, SC; and his brothers, Dallas Mallory (Louise) of South Charleston and Roy Mallory (Ann) of South Charleston. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
