He was predeceased by: his brother Jeff Barr; and his father-in-law Harley Springston. He is survived by: his parents, William Mac and Susan Carol Barr; his wife Juanita Barr; his children, Kimberly Brainard (Ben), Selena Hickman (Josh) and Robert Barr, Jr. (Taylor); his grandchildren, Ashlii Barr, Quentin Brainard, Jaycie Brainard, Bradley Barr, Olivia Hickman and Alexis Barr; and his brothers, William Gregory Barr, Eric Ted Barr and John Michael Barr.
