He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Seabolt and Pauline Jones Seabolt. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie J. Seabolt; his sister Sherry Seabolt of Spencer; his sons, Marshall of Parkersburg and Jerry Seabolt of Parkersburg; and his daughter-in-law Stephanie Hill of Evans. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
