He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene and Etta Marie Blosser Bush; his wife Emma Ruth Hughes Bush; his son John Wayne Bush; and his sisters, Helen Marie Daugherty and Patty Bush.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Nicholas (Bernard) of Spencer; his close friend Diana Lynn Moore of Spencer; his siblings, Frank Bush of Spencer, Richard Bush of Spencer, Robert Bush of Spencer, Roger Bush of Gandeeville, Barbara Myers of Dayton and Mildred Bush of Parkersburg; and also, Devin Koon, Matthew Moore, Jessica Moore and Aaron Moore.
