She is survived by: her children, Theodore Eugene Bowers (Karen) of Wheeling, Mary Magnone (Joseph) of Weirton and Russell Bowers (Debbie) of Smithville; and her brother Dale Barker (Virgie) of Smithville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
