He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sylvia Gordon Bailey of Smithville and Clyde Marling Bailey; his wife Sherry Lee Grant Bailey; his brothers, Feed and Farm Supply; his daughters, Courtney Melissa Reed (William) of Bentleyville, PA and Caitlin Myra Bailey (Jerod Duelley) of Harrisville, WV; his stepson Adam D. Putnam (Jennifer) of Huber Heights, OH; his grandchildren, Beau Ryan Reed and Cooper Davis Reed; his siblings, Marty Bias of Smithville, WV, Mark Bailey (Connie) of Cox Mills, WV, Monroe Bailey (Daisy) of Cox Mills, WV and Celaine Riddle; his brother-in-law Charlie Bias; and also Sylvia. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
