It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Garrett of Sistersville, West Virginia, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Garrett and Ona Frances Garrett (George); his daughter Mary Christine Garrett; his siblings, Mary Dana Strickland, Frances Charlene Dillard and David Charles Garrett; his son-in-law Thomas Shepherd; and his stepmother Mary Alderman Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Garrett (Davis); his daughters, Billie Anne Garrett of Clarksburg, WV and Robin Susan Mayhugh (Joe) of Barnesville, OH; his sisters, Carolyn Gedig (Bill), Jackie Hackerd (Jim) of Tampa, FL and Eva Garrett of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Savanna, Austin Mayhugh, Cody, Logan, Christine and Ophelia.
Covid, was again knocking at our door. This was twice for Stanley was.
