She is survived by: her mother Linda Crawford Wells; her daughter Sarah Moore (Nathan) of Fairmont, WV; her siblings, David "PJ" Wells (Kimberly) of Sistersville, WV and Holly Wells (Buddy Pardine) of Friendly, WV; her granddaughter Whitley June Moore; her nephews, Hunter O'Neil Wells and John David Wells; her great-niece Addison Wells; and her pet Finley.
