Collins, Jr. of Franklinville, NJ, Amanda Collins of Sevierville, TN, Kaitlyn Collins of Chase City, VA, Noah Peyton of Cosby, TN, Jessica Johnson of Moundsville, WV, Kimberly Dawson of Pennsboro, WV and Samuel Johnson of Sistersville, WV; and her sister Rita Sunderman of Parkersburg, WV. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
