She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Bolen and Dessie Bolen (Chambers); her husband Kenneth Wayne Lipscomb, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Heather Weekley and Ryan Isaacs.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth W. Lipscomb, Jr. (Debbie) of New Port Richey, FL, Debby Lipscomb of Paden City, WV, Peggy Isaacs of New Martinsville, WV and Barbara Tanley of Sistersville, WV; her grandchildren, Kaleb Tanley (Alisha) of Friendly, WV, Dave Yoho of New Martinsville, WV, Beth Lipscomb of New Port Richey, FL and Jaki Isaacs of New Martinsville, WV; and her great grandchildren, Brittany Jones, Andrea Yoho, Corey Yoho, Madison Craven, Sophee Craven, Tyler Isaacs, Aaliyah Isaacs, Allison Isaacs, Ariel Isaacs, Anna Lisa Isaacs and Audrey Isaacs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
