It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Delancey of Sistersville, West Virginia, born in Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence "Buss" DeLancey and Wilma Sinnett DeLancey; and his brothers, Edward DeLancey (Brenda) of Weirton, WV and Jeff DeLancey (Mary Ann) of Sistersville, WV. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
