She is survived by: her husband James McMullen of Sistersville, WV; her children, Frank McMullen (Ali) of Williamstown, WV and Sarah Efaw (Logan) of Middlebourne, WV; her brothers, Bill Johnson (Janet) and Dan Johnson (Pat); and her grandchildren, Sam McMullen, Connor Efaw, Dan McMullen, Tristan Efaw, Miles Efaw and Timmy McMullen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
