He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd "Stub" and Mary V. Forester; his children, Michael Forester and Cindy Forester Matthews; and his sister Doris Forester Wilcox.
He is survived by: his wife Liza Forester of Sistersville, WV; his stepson James Long; his sister Carol Moore of New Martinsville, WV; and his half-brother Keith White.
