It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Arbogast of Sistersville, West Virginia, born in Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on August 6, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Richard Phillips and Millicent Purkey Phillips; and her husband Johnnie Lee Arbogast. She is survived by: her children, Johnny Arbogast (Joni) of Sistersville, WV and Cathy Hess (Ronnie) of Sardis, OH; her sisters, Sandra DeGross and Sharon Cook (Emmett); and her grandchildren, Joshuah Morris, Sheyalea Morris (Crystal), Seronne Morris, Aaron Foltz and Dana Eyler (Steven). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
