She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearlie Phillips and Ida Mae Lightner Phillips; her husband Neal Michaels; and her siblings, Lily Rice, Edward, Cecil, Harold and Clifford Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Neal Michaels (Amy) of Beaver, WV and Charlie Michaels (Cindy) of Columbus, OH; her sisters, Norma Jean Brewer and Bonnie Stoneking (Jerry); her grandchildren, Joshua Michaels, Peyton Michaels, Ashley Evoy and Cierra Smith (Torrey); and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Nevaeh and Hudson.
