He is survived by: his mother Wilma "Joan" Paul Ponzurick; his wife Ruth Ann Leuliette Ponzurick; his daughters, Alissa Marie Ponzurick of Bruceton Mills, WV and Lindsey Nicole Ponzurick of Morgantown, WV; his sister Tammy Curry (Warren) of Mt. Pleasant, PA; his nephew Matthew Curry (Janie); his niece Elaina Lynch (Jason); his great-nieces, Millie Curry, Savannah and Scarlett Lynch; his mother-in-law Mildred "Peggy" Leuliette of Hepzibah; his sister-in-law Susie Von Gustedt (Andrew); and his pet Ted E. "Behr".
