He is survived by: his wife Pamela Marlene Douglas; his children, Valerie N. Clausson (Dave) of Clarksburg, Matthew of Ohio and Mark Douglas of Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Warren D. Loar (Mary) of Haywood and Irene Loar of Lumberport.
