With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel Parrott (Shinnston, West Virginia), who passed away on May 10, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pillo and Lucy Feltz Pillo; her husband Oliver Parrott; and her siblings, Joseph Pillo, Chester Pillo, Bardine Pillo, Anthony C. Pillo, Paul Pillo, Margaret Chapman, Elizabeth Zecco, Mary Castranova, Amy Wright, Anna Melenick and Eulanda Blatter.
She is survived by: her son Frank A. Parrott (Patricia Tenorio) of Lorton Virginia; and her nephew Joseph Blatter. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
